My New Puppy

A few weeks before Christmas, I got a dog in my head. My dad was excited telling me about the gift he got me for Christmas. I couldn’t tell what it was and couldn’t tell why he was so excited! He said I would love my gift and I wouldn’t be expecting it.

On Christmas Eve, I couldn’t wait to open my gift so I brought it up. My parents and sisters said they would give it to me that day. I got home from church and waited for about 15 minutes for them to get home. Once they did they gave me my gift!

It was in a box and I thought it was a cat. I opened the box and it was a cute little puppy! He was perfect, it seemed like it was staged. He came out and acted so cute. My sister told me his name was Papito.

“Hi, Papito!” I said and held him. He ran around. He is the cutest dog ever and my best friend. ❤️ Now it’s New Years Eve and we both wanna say Happy New Year!!!
